Orders can be picked up Thursday & Friday, from 10am - 4pm, and Saturday, from 10am - 2pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup - be sure to check your SPAM folder and mark our emails as safe.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using USPS, their delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Shipping rates are based on weight/size/fragileness of products being shipped. We do our best to get you the best shipping service available. We do not ship outside of the United States at this.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100+. The shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned or exchanged for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • Due to the possibility of limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. In the event the size/style is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Personalized or Discounted products are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Sale Rack items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return
  • Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn and have all original tags still attached.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received
